The older I get, the more I realize the importance of quality vs quantity. Investing in staples is soooo worth it! A lesson I wish I had learned about 50 Forever 21 shopping trips sooner:)

I appreciate how you put your personal perspective on spend and save. Your reasons for spend and save allowed me to look at your perspective and then to look from my own. I chuckle, because my sister and I have different points of views on spending and saving for shoes. We both agree on a good pair of work out shoes to save our legs and to give us the most support. However, from a day to day and teacher standpoint she would opt for a spectacular pair of heels or boots while I would spend more on a great few pairs of TOMS that I can mix and match with multiple outfits and that will allow me to run, be comfortable, and look great all day. Thank you again for your points. What a nice article, nicely written.
